Secure Data Centre Facilities |
The Moveit data centre is located within a secure carrier grade facility managed by Internode, a leading Australian ISP. Security features are designed to deter, detect, and deny access to unauthorised parties. infrastructure and hardware |
The Moveitnet Infrastructure allows for full redundancy. This means that all key hardware components including routers and servers are duplicated with automatic failover should one component fail. This is backed up by an extensive internal monitoring system that automatically notifies technical support should a problem occur. |
Backup Power Systems - Uninterruptible Power Source (UPS) |
The Moveit data centre utilises dual power feeds, UPS and a generator back up. Every possible step has been taken to ensure that power failure will not adversely affect the operation of Moveitnet for its many users. |

The Moveit data centre has two internet connections with automated failover from two separate internet service providers. |

VESDA Fire detection and suppression systems have been installed to work in conjunction with an inert gas and dry-pipe fire extinguishing system. |

The centre is tightly maintained at optimal relative humidity and temperature levels with multiple dual-redundant air-handling units. |
physical access |
Access to the Moveit data centre requires Photo ID proximity Access Cards, a Proximity card reader and palm scanning devices at all points of entry. The access control system continuously monitors, logs and stores records of all entries to the centre. Video Surveillance and motion sensors also record all movements. |
data backups |
Data, upon which Moveitnet relies, including customer-specific data, is backed up on a daily basis and stored in a secure offsite facility. Backup media is stored in a secure location, physically separate from the Moveitnet data centre. |

While we securely manage your information for you, it is always your data and you always have the ability to export your data into a Comma Separated Value (CSV) file from our applications. |
